Ingredients
 

  • 300 g Shrimp
  • Olive oil
  • Salt pepper
  • 1 Clove of garlic, crushed
  • .
  • 4 Khakis
  • .
  • 2 tbsp Brown sugar
  • Walnut oil
  • 1 walnut-sized piece Ginger
  • 4 tbsp Balsamic cream
  • 1 Red onion
  • 300 g Small mushrooms
  • Salt pepper

  • Lamb's lettuce

Instructions
 

  • Clean the shrimp and remove the intestines.
  • Make a marinade from olive oil, salt, pepper and garlic and let the shrimp sit in it for about an hour.
  • Fry the prawns in a grill pan until translucent.
  • Cut a lid off the khakis (Sharon fruit) and carefully remove the meat from the bowl. Be careful not to damage the shell.
  • Sweat the brown sugar in a pan and deglaze with walnut oil.
  • Peel the onion, dice it finely and sweat it in the sugar-oil mixture. Peel the ginger, dice it finely and sweat it too. Brush the mushrooms, quarter them and sweat them too. Chop the pulp of the khakis and heat them with.
  • Deglaze the whole thing with the balsamic cream and season with salt and pepper.
