Ingredients for 8 servings:
- 4 carrots
- 1 kohlrabi
- ½ head of white cabbage
- ½ cucumber(s)
- 6 gherkins
- 1 pack of cooked beetroot, approx. 500 g
- 1 pack of chips (sticks)
- 1 tube(s) Remoulade
- salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes
Russian, crunchy and rich in vitamins
Finely grate the carrots, kohlrabi, and white cabbage. Grate the cucumber, gherkins, and beetroot into slightly thicker sticks. Place everything in a bowl, add the remoulade, and mix well. Season with salt and pepper. Stir in the chips just before serving.
