Ingredients for 16 servings:

  • 16 pretzels, frozen
  • 2 cups sour cream
  • 2 bunch of spring onions
  • 250 g bacon cubes
  • 1 bag of grated cheese (250 g)
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes

Preheat the oven to 180°C fan-assisted oven or 200°C conventional oven. Place the frozen pretzels on baking sheets, leaving some space between them. Pour the sour cream into a bowl, slice the spring onions into small rings, and add them to the sour cream along with the bacon cubes and grated cheese, then stir to combine. Season with salt and pepper. Fill the pretzels with this mixture and bake in the oven for about 20 minutes.
