- 800 g Prime rib
- Beard oil

Stewed potatoes
- 700 g Potatoes
- Salt, pepper, oil
- Take the meat out of the refrigerator at least 1 hour in advance.
- Crush the coriander, caraway seeds, fennel and pepper in a mortar.
- Then finely pound 1 teaspoon of sea salt in a mortar.
- Rub the meat with oil and fry it vigorously on all sides in a pan, then spread the spice mixture over the meat and press down well.
