Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 200 g millet
- 300 ml soy milk (soy drink)
- 200 ml vegetable stock
- ¼ tsp salt
- 1 tsp nutmeg
- 2 tsp curry paste, green
- 1 can white beans
- 50 g beluga lentils
- 3 tbsp agave syrup

Preheat the oven to 200°C and grease a lidded casserole dish with butter. Place the millet in a fine-mesh sieve, rinse thoroughly with hot water, and then transfer to a medium-sized bowl. Mix the millet with the broth, nutmeg, salt, and curry paste. Drain the beans and add to the millet. Weigh the beluga lentils and add them as well. Add the agave syrup and soy milk and mix well. Pour everything into the casserole dish, smooth it down, cover, and place in the oven for 30 minutes. After baking, let it cool briefly and serve.
