Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 100 g oat flakes
- 200 ml milk
- 6 tbsp, heaped protein powder, e.g. whey, flavor as desired
- 2 tbsp, heaped almond flakes
- 1 pack of dark chocolate glaze
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes
Fitness snack
Mix all ingredients together until smooth. Pour this mixture onto a baking sheet (not too thin) and bake at 180°C for about 30 minutes. Then let it cool. Heat the chocolate glaze and spread it on the baking sheet. Once the glaze has cooled, cut the sheet into bars.
