Tagliatelle à la “Spicy Tomato”

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 200 g tagliatelle pasta
  • 2 eggs
  • 150 g tomato sauce (“Spicy Tomato”), Ready-made product
  • 150 g chicken breast fillet(s), fried
  • Spice mix for grilled chicken
  • Fat for the pan
  • olive oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes

Boil water and bring to a boil. Cook the tagliatelle pasta until tender. Drain the tagliatelle pasta in a colander and stir a tablespoon of olive oil into the tagliatelle pasta to prevent it from sticking together. Heat the fat/oil in a pan and fry the tagliatelle pasta over medium heat until golden brown. Mix the “Spicy Tomato” sauce evenly into the tagliatelle pasta. Then add the chicken breast fillet strips to the pan. Beat the eggs and add them to the pan, then continue frying everything over medium heat for a few minutes. Season to taste with grilled chicken seasoning, if desired.
