- 500 g Lowfat quark
- 200 g Fine-Leaf spelled flakes
- 200 g Chickpea flour
- 50 g Hemp seeds
- 50 g Chia seeds
- 3 tbsp Sunflower seed
- 1 packet Tartar baking powder
- 1 tsp Salt
