Low Carb Bread / Protein Bread
The perfect low carb bread / protein bread recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 5 piece Protein
- 2 piece Whole eggs
- 125 ml Water
- 300 g Shredded flaxseed
- 6 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 tsp Salt
- 1 tsp Tartar baking powder
- 1 tsp Bread spice mix
- Beat the eggs in the mixing bowl of a food processor and beat for a good 3-4 minutes.
- In the meantime, grind the flaxseed, place in a bowl, mix with the salt, baking powder and bread spice.
- The egg mixture should now have turned light, now add the water and let it stir. Then add the dry ingredients and mix everything well. Finally stir in the olive oil and stir for about 2 minutes.
- Line a bread pan with paper, I wet the greaseproof paper so it is easier to handle, then leave the dough in the pan and bake at 180 degrees for about 45 minutes (preheat the oven to 200 degrees)
