Ingredients for 12 servings:
- 25 g butter, soft
- 2 tbsp stevia powder
- 1 egg(s)
- 30 g protein powder (chocolate)
- 35 g almonds, ground
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 tbsp baking cocoa
- 60 g natural yogurt
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 13 minutes; Total time approx. 18 minutes
Preheat oven to 180°C. Mix all ingredients together one at a time. Add the yogurt at the very end and stir briefly. Fill approximately 12 small muffin tins halfway and bake on the middle rack for about 13 minutes – test with a toothpick if done.
