Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 50 g chocolate decoration (low carb chocolate drops)
- 3 eggs
- 80 g low-fat curd cheese
- 250 g almond(s), ground
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 150 g yogurt
- 4 tbsp sweetener (Xucker)
- 1 pinch of salt
- 3 tsp cinnamon

Separate the eggs and beat the egg whites with a pinch of salt until stiff peaks form. Combine the chocolate drops, ground almonds, baking powder, Xucker, and cinnamon in a bowl. Then combine the low-fat quark and yogurt in another bowl. Add the dry ingredients and mix with a mixer for about 2 minutes. Finally, stir in the beaten egg whites. Line a muffin tin with 12 paper baking cups and fill them to the brim with batter. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (convection oven) for 25 minutes.
