Smoothie and fruit ice cream made from overripe fruits

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 300 g blackberries
  • 2 pears, overripe
  • 300 g blueberries
  • 200 g Greek yogurt

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 6 hours; Total time approx. 6 hours 15 minutes

You’ll need an ice cube tray for the confectionery. 1. Wash the fruit, chop the pears, and place everything in a blender or puree with an immersion blender. 2. For the smoothie, pour about 1/3 of the fruit puree into glasses. 3. For the fruit confectionery, add the Greek yogurt to the remaining fruit puree in the blender and blend on high. 4. Pour the fruit-yogurt mixture into an ice cube tray and freeze for at least 6 hours.
