Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 4 scoops of ice cream, chocolate
  • 2 cups milk, iced
  • 2 cup(s) iced coffee
  • 8 cl Baileys Irish Cream
  • 8 cl syrup (chocolate syrup)
  • 100 g cream, whipped until stiff
  • Chocolate shavings

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Divide the chocolate ice cream among 4 tall dessert glasses. Mix the milk, coffee, Baileys, and chocolate syrup and pour over the ice cream. Spread the whipped cream over the ice cream and sprinkle with the shavings.
