Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 m.-sized apple
  • 2 m.-sized eggs
  • 75 g oat flakes
  • 250 g low-fat curd cheese
  • 1 tbsp, heaped protein powder, vanilla flavor
  • 1 dashes sweetener
  • 1 tsp coconut oil
  • some cinnamon powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

low-calorie and low-carb

First, cut the apple into small pieces. Then, combine the oats, eggs, low-fat quark, protein powder, and sweetener in a bowl and mix. Stir in the apple pieces while heating 1 teaspoon of coconut oil in a pan. Add the batter and fry until golden brown (about 5 minutes). Turn occasionally. Then arrange on a plate and sprinkle with cinnamon.
