Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 2 eggs
- 125 g low-fat curd cheese
- 30 g protein powder, preferably chocolate flavor
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
thick pancakes without significant carbohydrates
Whisk all ingredients thoroughly with a fork. Heat a nonstick pan on the stovetop over medium heat and cook pancakes about the size of your palm, one at a time. When they start to bubble, flip them. Don’t wait too long, as they’ll burn quickly without any fat. I like to serve them stacked, topped with yogurt and fruit.
