- 2 m.-sized eggs
- 125 g low-fat curd cheese
- 30 g protein powder
- oil

Low-carb pancakes, few ingredients
Combine all ingredients in a small bowl with a whisk. Heat a pan and add a small splash of oil. Fry the batter into small pancakes. I get about 7-8 small pancakes or 3-4 larger pancakes. Cook the pancakes until bubbles form on the surface. Then they’re ready to flip. Serve with a small dollop of low-fat yogurt and some frozen or fresh berries. About 350 calories per serving.
