Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 300 ml water
  • ½ cup oatmeal, fine
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1 egg white
  • n. B. Fruit, e.g. strawberries, apples, or bananas
  • n. B. Hazelnuts, ground
  • n. B. Desiccated coconut

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Heat the water in a saucepan over high heat and add the oats as soon as they’re steaming. Meanwhile, beat the egg whites, chop the fruit, and stir the oats occasionally. Once the oat-water mixture boils, turn off the heat and continue cooking until it reaches a sticky, porridge-like consistency. Carefully fold the egg whites into the porridge and serve with fruit. Depending on your taste, you can add vanilla powder, ground hazelnuts, coconut flakes, cinnamon, or similar ingredients to the water along with the oats.
