Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 250 g low-fat curd cheese
- 1 tbsp coconut oil
- 1 tbsp baking cocoa
- 10 g desiccated coconut
- 2 tbsp sugar or erythritol

Melt the coconut oil in the microwave. Mix with 1 teaspoon of sugar or erythritol and 1 tablespoon of cocoa powder. Mix the quark with the remaining erythritol and a few shredded coconut. Once everything is well blended, fold a few more shredded coconut into the melted chocolate and stir again. Then pour the melted coconut chocolate over the quark and chill everything in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes.
