Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 200 g natural yogurt, 3.5% fat
- 200 g low-fat curd cheese
- 2 tbsp chia seeds
- 2 tbsp psyllium husks
- 2 tbsp protein powder, e.g. vanilla flavor
- 1 tbsp Stevia, or other sweetener
- 2 tbsp frozen fruit
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Rest time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
vegetarian, high in fiber
Mix all ingredients and let it sit for about 15 minutes. It’s easy to portion and serves as a satisfying snack at home or at work. It tastes best chilled and can be prepared one or two days in advance.
