Fruity protein yogurt with psyllium husks

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 200 g natural yogurt, 3.5% fat
  • 200 g low-fat curd cheese
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds
  • 2 tbsp psyllium husks
  • 2 tbsp protein powder, e.g. vanilla flavor
  • 1 tbsp Stevia, or other sweetener
  • 2 tbsp frozen fruit

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Rest time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

vegetarian, high in fiber

Mix all ingredients and let it sit for about 15 minutes. It’s easy to portion and serves as a satisfying snack at home or at work. It tastes best chilled and can be prepared one or two days in advance.
