Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 2 eggs
  • 1 ½ can tuna in its own juice
  • 1 pinch of salt

Low carb – high protein pizza base

Squeeze the tuna thoroughly to ensure it is as dry as possible. Then mix it well with the two eggs and a pinch of salt until a smooth mixture forms. Spread the mixture evenly on the bottom of a silicone mold and press it down firmly. The base should be 4-6 mm thick. Then bake for 10-15 minutes at 180°C fan-assisted oven on the middle rack. Open the oven door briefly every 5 minutes to allow any remaining moisture to evaporate. Then top the pizza as usual and bake for another 12-15 minutes. Nutritional values ​​for a pizza base for 1 person: approx. 65g protein, 2g carbohydrates, 15g fat, 376 kcal.
