Low carb and high protein

For the pizza base, squeeze the liquid out of the tuna. Mix it with the eggs until smooth, then spread it thinly on a prepared baking sheet. Bake in a preheated oven at 220°C (top/bottom heat) for about 15 minutes, until the edges are nice and crispy. Meanwhile, wash the arugula and tomatoes and halve the tomatoes. Spread the tomato sauce over the pizza and top with the arugula. Sprinkle the tomatoes, Emmental cheese, and Parmesan cheese over the pizza. Return to the oven until the cheese is melted. I tracked my food and obtained the following macronutrient values for the entire pizza: Carbohydrates: 15 g; Protein: 110 g; Fat: 35 g
