Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 4 eggs
  • 1 cup(s) sugar
  • 2 packs of pudding powder, vanilla
  • 1 pack of pudding powder, cream
  • 1 pack of pudding powder, almond
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 cup(s) oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Beat eggs and sugar until frothy. Mix custard powder and baking powder and sift into the batter. Stir in oil. Pour into a loaf pan and bake at approximately 180°C for 50-60 minutes.
