While the puff pastry is thawing, finely chop the herbs, very finely chop the bell pepper, mince the garlic, and mix everything with the cream cheese. Roll out the thawed puff pastry on a floured surface into a sheet approximately 30×30 cm. Spread the herb cheese on top, leaving about 3 cm free around the edges. Roll the puff pastry tightly and cut into approximately 2 cm pieces with a sharp knife. Place on a baking sheet lined with baking paper and bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for about 20 minutes. Tastes delicious hot or cold.
