Puff Pastry Breadsticks
The perfect puff pastry breadsticks recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 1 pack Puff pastry from the refrigerated shelf
- 2 tbsp Creme fraiche Cheese
- Salt pepper
- 1 tsp Medium hot mustard
- 1 bunch Flat leaf parsley
- 1 Egg yolk
- 2 tbsp Milk
- 1 tbsp Sesame
- Preheat the oven to 200 ° C (convection: 175 ° C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Wash the parsley, shake dry and finely chop. Mix the creme fraiche with the mustard, season with salt and pepper.
- Unroll the puff pastry and cut into 8 equal pieces. Brush each piece with a little mixed creme fraiche and sprinkle with chopped parsley, roll up each piece. Braid or twist a braid out of 2 rolls and place on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Brush each braid with egg milk and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
