Herbal Cream Dressing

The perfect herbal cream dressing recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 4 tbsp White wine vinegar
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp, heaped Sugar
  • 2 tbsp Cream
  • 1 Spring onion
  • 4 Stems Parsely
  • 0,5 bunch Dill
  • Some stalks of thyme
  • 1 cm Horseradish root, freshly grated
  1. Wash the parsley, dill and thyme and shake dry. Pluck the leaves off the parsley and chop finely. Pluck the flags off the dill, strip off the leaves from the thyme, and chop both finely. Finely dice the spring onion.
  2. Beat white wine vinegar with olive oil, salt, sugar and cream with a whisk. Peel the horseradish root, grate it finely and add to the dressing. Add the prepared herbs with finely chopped spring onion to the dressing, stir everything well.
  3. Marinate the prepared lettuce with the dressing just before serving and serve.
