Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 6 sheets of puff pastry
- 140 g cream cheese
- 1 cup crème fraîche
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 1 pack of dill (frozen)
- 300 g crab
- 2 egg yolks
- 2 tbsp milk
- salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Mix the cream cheese with lemon juice and dill. Season with salt and pepper. Fold in the crab. Cut the puff pastry sheets in half. Spread the crab and cream cheese mixture on one half and cover with the other half. Press the edges together with a fork. Mix the egg yolk with the milk and brush the puff pastry parcels with it. Bake at 200°C for 20 minutes.
