Make a dough from quark, butter, and flour and refrigerate. Sauté the onion, add both types of ham, and saute. Stir in the cream cheese. Let the mixture cool. Roll out the dough and cut out circles or squares. Using two teaspoons, place small heaping spoons on the dough, fold them over, and brush with beaten egg. Bake at 180°C for about 12 minutes. Can be enjoyed hot or cold. These rolls are perfect for freezing. Just pop them in the oven for a bit—they’ll be as good as new.
