Puff pastry parcels with minced meat filling

Ingredients for 12 servings:

  • 2 packs of puff pastry from the refrigerated section
  • 400 g minced meat, mixed
  • 2 small onions, red, finely chopped
  • n. B. Garlic, fresh, finely chopped
  • 1 bunch of parsley
  • salt and pepper
  • chili powder
  • 1 egg yolk
  • some sesame

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes

Brown the minced meat with the finely chopped onions and garlic until crumbly. Season with pepper, salt, and chili. Finely chop the parsley and add. Cut the puff pastry into 6 squares, place a heap of the filling on each square, and seal to form pockets. Press the edges together with a fork to create a pattern. Place the pockets on a baking sheet lined with baking paper, brush with egg yolk, and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Bake at 160°C (fan oven) for about 15 minutes until golden brown.
