Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 6 slices of salami
  • 2 tomatoes
  • 9 mushrooms
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 1 piece(s) of cheese (Gouda)
  • 4 slices of puff pastry (frozen)
  • Salt
  • pepper
  • Pizza spice mix
  • oregano
  • basil

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

First, thaw the puff pastry sheets and roll them out into a rectangle. Then wash the tomatoes and mushrooms. Peel the onion. Grate the cheese. Dice the salami, tomatoes, mushrooms, and onion. Mix everything together and season with spices to taste. Tip: If desired, you can also add peas, tuna, and a bell pepper. Spoon the prepared filling onto the rolled-out rectangles and then close the pockets. Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and pierce each pastry pocket three times with a fork. Bake in a preheated oven at 225°C for approximately 20 to 30 minutes.
