Puff pastry pockets with ham and egg filling

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 65 g ham
  • 50 g cheese
  • ½ cup crème fraîche
  • 2 eggs, boiled
  • Salt
  • pepper
  • 1 pkt. puff pastry, (270g)
  • 1 egg(s), beaten

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes

Cut the ham, cheese, and eggs into small cubes and mix with the crème fraîche. Season with salt and pepper. Divide the puff pastry into 4 rectangles. Spread the filling on one side of the rectangle and fold the free side over it. Press the edges firmly and brush the pockets with the beaten egg. Bake in a preheated oven at 220°C for approximately 15-20 minutes.
