Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 500 ml buttermilk, pure
  • 1 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 2 tsp lemon juice
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • some parsley, finely chopped
  • some chives, cut into fine rolls
  • some pepper, green from the mill or crushed in a mortar
  • possibly chili

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Combine all ingredients in a bowl and whisk to combine. If you’d like it a little spicier, you can add a few finely chopped chili flakes.
