Ingredients for 6 servings:
- 1 pack of puff pastry
- ½ zucchini
- 200 g cream cheese
- 1 clove(s) garlic
- some parsley
- e.g. salt and pepper
- possibly chili
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Starter for 6 or main course for 2
For the filling, wash and dice the zucchini. Wash and chop the parsley. Finely dice the garlic or press it into the zucchini and parsley. Add the cream cheese and season with salt, pepper, and perhaps a little chili. Cut the puff pastry into 6 squares and place the filling in the center of each square. Fold the corners over the filling and place on a prepared baking sheet. Bake the puff pastry parcels in an oven preheated to 170°C (fan oven) for about 20 minutes. Be careful with the first few bites; the filling will be very hot!
