Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 3 bell peppers
  • 3 shallots
  • 2 tbsp parsley
  • 3 tbsp oil
  • 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • salt and pepper
  • garlic powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

quick and easy

Wash the peppers, quarter them, and deseed them, then slice them into thin strips. Peel the skins from the shallots and slice them thinly. Mix the vinegar, oil, and spices, add them to the vegetables, and season to taste.
