Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 1 pack of puff pastry
- 200 g crème fraîche with herbs
- 80 g diced ham
- 100 g pizza cheese
- possibly salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes
Lay out the puff pastry. Mix the crème fraîche with the diced ham and cheese, adding salt and pepper if desired, and spread the mixture on the puff pastry. Cut into 3 cm wide strips and twist them together. Bake in a preheated oven at 180 °C on the middle rack for about 20 minutes (depending on the desired browning).
