Puff Pastry with Mince and Mozzarella

The perfect puff pastry with mince and mozzarella recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 1 pack Puff pastry around 26 cm in diameter from the refrigerated shelf
  • 250 g Mixed minced meat
  • Oil
  • Pepper and salt
  • 70 Milliliters Tomato ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon Pizza seasoning
  • 1 pack Mozzarella
  • 1 tablespoon Dried oregano
  1. Roll up the puff pastry and place on a baking sheet.
  2. Fry the minced meat in a little hot oil until crumbly. Season with pepper and salt.
  3. Mix the ketchup and two tablespoons of water. Stir in the pizza seasoning.
  4. Spread the sauce on the puff pastry. Spread the minced meat on top. Cut the mozzarella into thin slices and cover with them. Scatter oregano on top. Bake in the oven at 200 degrees for about 20 minutes.
