Instructions

Working time approx. 1 hour; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 20 minutes

TAK Style

Smoke the pulled pork. Make the buns. Mix the ground beef with the spices and crackers and form into six equal-sized patties. Heat a pan or grill and cook the patties until medium-rare. Store the patties in a warm place. Cut the cheese into slices about 5-10 mm thick. Now fry the fried eggs in a pan so that the yolk is still runny. Cut the buns in half, top the bottom half with the cheese, then the patty, then the pulled pork, then BBQ sauce if desired (the sauce should run down nicely ideally), then the egg, and finally place the top half of the bun on top.
