  • 500 g wheat flour type 550
  • 60 g fresh yeast
  • 360 ml milk
  • 10 g olive oil
  • 8 g brown sugar
  • 10 g salt
  • 1 egg(s), beaten
  • sesame

Instructions

Go well with pulled meat, approx. 6 buns of 150 g each

Heat the milk to approximately 32°C. Add the yeast and sugar and let it rest for 10 minutes. Place all ingredients in a food processor and mix with a dough hook for 10 minutes. Let the dough rise at room temperature for 1 hour. After one hour, form 6 equal-sized balls, place them on a baking sheet (e.g., brush the buns with egg and sprinkle with sesame seeds), and let them rise in the oven for another 1 hour at room temperature. After one hour, preheat the oven to 200°C, leaving the buns in the oven, and bake for approximately 20-30 minutes, until they take on a beautiful golden brown color on the outside.
