Pumpkin – Apple – Jam

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 kg pumpkin flesh
  • 500 g apples, peeled
  • 1 pkt. gelling sugar (3:1)
  • 2 lemons
  • 1 pack of flavoring (vanilla)

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Cut the pumpkin flesh and apples into large pieces. Squeeze one of the two lemons and boil the juice with about 1 1/2 liters of water for about 10 minutes until soft. Drain the water and puree the mixture. Add the vanilla extract. Squeeze the second lemon and add the juice. Add the gelling sugar and cook the mixture according to the package instructions. Pour into prepared jars and seal immediately.
