Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 370 g wheat flour
  • 50 g flour (wholemeal flour)
  • 230 ml juice (pumpkin juice, from the juicer)
  • 80 g pumpkin flesh, pressed (residues from juicing)
  • 1 tbsp herbs (herbs de Provence)
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 5 black pitted olives
  • 10 g salt
  • 10 g honey
  • 6 g dry yeast

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 4 hours; Total time approx. 4 hours 5 minutes

for bread makers

Simply place the ingredients into a bread maker, using the ‘normal’ setting, and salt and yeast separately.
