Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 180 g flour
- 190 g pumpkin(s), cooked, pureed (hand-warm)
- 150 g cane sugar
- 100 g butter, soft or melted
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp cinnamon, ground
- 1 tsp ground nutmeg (if needed)
- ½ tsp salt
- 100 g pine nuts
- Fat for the mold
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
cake-like pumpkin bread with pine nuts and cinnamon
Combine all ingredients except the pine nuts in a bowl and form a dough. Fold in the pine nuts. Pour the dough into a greased loaf pan. Bake in a preheated oven at 175°C for approximately 1 hour.
