Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 180 g flour
  • 190 g pumpkin(s), cooked, pureed (hand-warm)
  • 150 g cane sugar
  • 100 g butter, soft or melted
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp cinnamon, ground
  • 1 tsp ground nutmeg (if needed)
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 100 g pine nuts
  • Fat for the mold

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Combine all ingredients except the pine nuts in a bowl and form a dough. Fold in the pine nuts. Pour the dough into a greased loaf pan. Bake in a preheated oven at 175°C for approximately 1 hour.
