Ingredients for 4 servings:
- ¼ Hokkaido pumpkin(s)
- 2 garlic cloves
- 125 g butter
- 1 tsp, leveled salt
- some pepper
- some curry powder
- some turmeric powder
- 1 pinch of nutmeg
- e.g. chili powder
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes
Halve the Hokkaido pumpkin, hollow out the flesh, roughly chop it into pieces, and cook it in salted water. Scoop out the pumpkin pieces, place them in a bowl, and let them cool briefly, then crush them with a fork. Crush the garlic and add it to the pumpkin. Add the butter and spices to the pumpkin. Mix everything well and season to taste. Enjoy immediately on fresh bread or refrigerate.
