Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 pumpkin(s), (Hokkaido pumpkin)
  • 1 tsp sweet paprika powder
  • salt and pepper
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes

WW-suitable and delicious

Wash the Hokkaido pumpkin, cut in half, then cut each half in half again crosswise, then cut into pieces approximately 6 cm long and 1 cm wide. Mix the spices with the oil and toss the pumpkin pieces in it. Place on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Bake in a preheated oven at 220°C for 25 minutes. They taste great with the turkey schnitzels in pumpkin seed breading (in my recipes).
