  • 3 eggs
  • 250 g cheese (Gruyere)
  • Flour
  • salt and pepper
  • Fat or butter

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Peel the pumpkin and remove the seeds. Be careful not to cut the pumpkin lengthwise, as we want to cut the cylindrical pumpkin into cookies. Beat the eggs. Grate the Gruyère cheese to a medium thickness using a cheese grater. Slice the pumpkin. Dust the slices with flour and then dip them in the eggs, then coat them with grated cheese. Fry in hot butter or frying fat until golden brown on both sides. Remove from the oven and keep warm, or serve immediately. Delicious with tomato spaghetti or salad.
