Ingredients for 3 servings:
- 400 g pumpkin(s)
- 900 g potatoes
- 2 eggs
- 100 g flour
- oil
- salt and pepper
- 150 g feta cheese
- 2 cups of yogurt
- 1 cup herb curd

Finely grate the pumpkin (e.g., Hokkaido) and the raw potatoes. Mix the grated pumpkin, eggs, and flour together and season. Flatten small heaps of the mixture with a large spoon in a hot pan and fry until golden brown on both sides. Meanwhile, mix the yogurt with the herb curd and crumble in the feta. Serve everything together.
