Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 220 ml water
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1 tbsp sugar
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 90 g flour (wheat flour type 550)
  • 210 g flour (whole wheat flour)
  • 1 pinch of ascorbic acid
  • ½ tsp yeast (dry yeast)
  • 2 tbsp pumpkin seeds
  • 2 tbsp millet, whole

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Place all ingredients in the BBA. Program: normal, browning: medium.
