Ingredients
- 1 tbsp Pumpkin seed jam from the health food store
- 1 tbsp Pumpkin seed oil
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 3 tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar
- 1 tsp Rice syrup
- Salt pepper
- 2 tbsp Water
- 0,5 Pc. Lemon, squeezed juice
- 0,5 bunch Basil
Instructions
- Mix the ingredients into a dressing. Tear apart the basil leaves and add. I especially like the dressing with tomato salad. You can also replace the olive oil with pumpkin seed oil ... that's a matter of taste.
