Ingredients
 

  • 1 tbsp Pumpkin seed jam from the health food store
  • 1 tbsp Pumpkin seed oil
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 3 tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 1 tsp Rice syrup
  • Salt pepper
  • 2 tbsp Water
  • 0,5 Pc. Lemon, squeezed juice
  • 0,5 bunch Basil

Instructions
 

  • Mix the ingredients into a dressing. Tear apart the basil leaves and add. I especially like the dressing with tomato salad. You can also replace the olive oil with pumpkin seed oil ... that's a matter of taste.
