Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 200 g pumpkin flesh, cooked and pureed, e.g. Hokkaido
- 2 eggs
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- 100 g sugar
- 100 ml sour cream
- 200 g potato flour
- 100 g flour
Instructions
Working time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes
Whisk all ingredients until fluffy and bake in a waffle iron or contact grill. Tip: You can spread the waffles with jam or sprinkle with powdered sugar.
