Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 small pumpkin(s)
  • 1 m.-large zucchini
  • 1 m.-sized potato(s)
  • 4 medium-sized carrots
  • 2 cubes of meat broth, clear
  • 1 liter of water
  • Salt

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Simple and delicious, also suitable for toddlers

Chop all ingredients into small pieces, cook in the water and stock cubes. Puree and season with salt. Add additional spices if desired.
