Purple Cauliflower Salad
The perfect purple cauliflower salad recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 250 g Cauliflower purple
- 250 g Lollo rosso
- Fresh parsley
- Fresh chives
- 8 whole Cloves
- 3 tbsp Sunflower oil
- 2 tbsp Vinegar
- 2 tsp Honey
- 1 tsp Strawberry jam
- 1 tbsp Cauliflower stock
- Salt
- Sugar
- Pepper
- Chop the cauliflower and cook it in well-salted water with the cloves. Then pour off and save some of the brew. Wash the Lollo Rosso, cut it into small pieces and place in a bowl. Add the chopped parsley and chives, then add the cauliflower when it has cooled. Mix a vinaigrette from oil, vinegar, honey, stock, strawberry jam, sugar, salt and pepper. Stir the vinaigrette into the salad and serve the finished salad.
