Purple Cauliflower Salad

The perfect purple cauliflower salad recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 250 g Cauliflower purple
  • 250 g Lollo rosso
  • Fresh parsley
  • Fresh chives
  • 8 whole Cloves
  • 3 tbsp Sunflower oil
  • 2 tbsp Vinegar
  • 2 tsp Honey
  • 1 tsp Strawberry jam
  • 1 tbsp Cauliflower stock
  • Salt
  • Sugar
  • Pepper
  1. Chop the cauliflower and cook it in well-salted water with the cloves. Then pour off and save some of the brew. Wash the Lollo Rosso, cut it into small pieces and place in a bowl. Add the chopped parsley and chives, then add the cauliflower when it has cooled. Mix a vinaigrette from oil, vinegar, honey, stock, strawberry jam, sugar, salt and pepper. Stir the vinaigrette into the salad and serve the finished salad.
