Healthy Energy Balls
The perfect healthy energy balls recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 12 piece Pitted dates
- 150 g Ground almonds
- 4 tbsp Coconut flakes
- 1 tbsp Chia seeds
- 1 tbsp Unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 tbsp Almond butter
- Put the almonds, coconut flakes and the chia seeds in the blender and mix.
- Add cocoa powder and almond butter and mix again briefly.
- Now add half of the dates and mix for a while.
- Gradually add the rest of the dates to the mixer until a homogeneous mass is obtained and no pieces of date can be seen.
- Now simply form balls with your hands and coat with coconut or sesame seeds as you like.
